“It was clean and in a good area. The downfall was the water was empty in the front and no one was around to ask and we were heading out for a baseball game and needed water. Also the breakfast area was not the best. People kept cutting in front of me and then I waited so long that what I was wanting was empty and no staff was around and we were in a hurry to leave. This stay was ok just need some updates”

“I like the proximity to downtown Pullman and the cost is on my budget. The staff is friendly and very helpful letting me know everything important.”

“The owner has clearly invested significant effort in upgrading this former motel, but it still falls short of a true four-star hotel. The biggest issue was the reception staff, who were unusually impatient. The room also lacked basic amenities such as a coffee maker and hot water kettle, which are typically expected at this level. The included breakfast have oatmeal only in a tiny reception room , which was something I had never encountered in the many hotels I have stayed before.”

“I was disappointed that I had to call the front desk at 10:30 because the folks at the smoking area were talking so loudly that I could hear it on the 3rd floor with the windows closed. To their credit, after the call, it was quieter. I was also disappointed to not be told that there was a fee for parking that was not included in the quoted price, nor was it disclosed to me until I got the bill for it. Just share that information up front.”

“The Pullman Inn was clean and safe. No amenities to speak of which is why I gave that only 3 stars. We were there for a conference so we were only in the hotel to sleep. Beds were comfy, location was perfect for us and the price was right. Would definitely book it again if traveling for the same purposes.”

“Nice place to stay. Clean, free breakfast with mad we to order omelets, nice pictures in hallways. 24 hour coffee good for early risers.”

“Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :(”

“While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan.”

“We had a great time at Nicole's place in Uniontown! The house was super clean and beautifully decorated. There was amazing smelling soap and lotion in each bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable. Nicole was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. I wish I could live there! Nicole even reached out after we left to let us know she found Airpods (which my niece accidentally left). Would love to stay there again!”

“Clean one bedroom second floor apartment with small kitchen and living room. Bed is a little hard and makes noise when getting in and out of it. The town is small and quiet. It has a coffee shop and a tavern in it.”

“Was very difficult to find the unit and large amount of walking from parking lot was not disclosed. Unit had a window open upon arrival and the broken screen was propped against outside wall. Cleaning supplies had not been put away. Toilets and shower were dirty. Fan/light in bathroom running at excessive volume. Tried to cancel booking within an hour and was met with a very ungenerous cancellation policy. ”
